Refund Policy:

Refunds are provided on a case by case basis with merit. If you feel a refund is warranted, please send all details to billing@3dgwebhosting.com or call 1-877-497-3927 and a representative will make every effort to ensure the matter is investigated and provide results within a timely manner.

Fraud Policy:

3dgwebhosting.com employs sophisticated software to detect fraudulent orders. As a reputable provider we make every effort to ensure your information is protected.

If an order is found to be fraudulent, all information pertaining to the order including data will be forwarded to the authorities.

We use verification procedures to identify any orders deemed suspicious. Please note this may result in delays processing orders. Therefore we encourage that you carefully review information prior to placing the order.

Termination Policy:

If your subscription has passed the expiration date by 5 business days, and no contact has been made, and no payment received we will consider your subscription abandoned and terminated. All data will be immediately destroyed and not retrievable.

If your subscription is terminated for violations of international laws, territorial laws, child pornography, illegal activity or terrorist activity. The subscription will be terminated immediately and all relevant data will be made available to local, territorial or international authorities.

2. If using paypal, send payments using your paypal account to merchant@3dgwebhosting.com.

3. Give us a call, 1-877-497-3927 and select 2 for billing and an agent will be happy to assist

Important Notes:

3dgwebhosting.com makes every effort to ensure your information is current. We make contact periodically to ensure we have accurate information on file.

If you need to update your information, please do so within your customer control panel, or contact customer service via email: crm@3dgwebhosting.com

Billing Policy:

3dgwebhosting.com processes payments on a recurring basis as subscribed. A grace period may occur where the client has not paid the subscription fee. During the grace period the subscription will continue to be available. Should the grace period pass and the subscription fee is still outstanding, then the subscription will be suspended immediately and a fee assessed for disconnection.

We encourage clients to make contact to avoid any service disruptions and fees. We make every effort to make arrangements for our clients.

Please note the following fee structure for Service Suspensions:

Re-connection Fee: $50 USD

Please note if an account goes past due and all attempts have been exhausted to make contact, we reserve the right to destroy the subscription and refer the account to our collections department.

3dgwebhosting.com assumes no liability for data lost as a result of overdue accounts or failures to pay subscribed fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your subscription. We require notification of 5 business days prior to the expiration date of your subscription so we ensure billing does not take place.

If we receive request for cancellation after the expiration of your subscription you will be responsible for the subscription fee.
